Returns only available if the product has visible errors or issues (including incorrect order requests), i.e.: faults within the product (rips or tears, etc.), the wrong item or size has been received or the product has visible faults within its design.

Returns are unavailable if there is no valid reason, such as: the customer has ordered the incorrect size, if it is unsatisfactory or if the order information given by the customer was incorrect.

Returns are available only 14 days after purchase and a full refund will be given, if the product received requires the conditions met for a return. If the product has received damage after being shipped or received, the customer will not receive a refund.
